2026 - 2028 District/Region Changes:

Forney ISD - Region 3 to Region 20

SSC Region 30 is a singular Region and will move to SSC Area Central.
SSC Regions 3, 5, 20 and 31 are now combined and remain in SSC Area North.
SSC Region 7 North Zone shall be high school campuses located North of I 20 and combined with Region 2/24/25.
SSC Region 7 South Zone shall be high school campuses located South of I 20 and combined with Region 8/18/26/32.

Existing transfers:
Kilgore ISD from Region 4 to Region 21
Millsap ISD from Region 30 to Region 7
Westwood ISD from Region 21 to Region 8

TMEA Executive Board Assignments: (Updated 2026)

Region 4 - Orchestra and Mariachi - All high school auditions will be combined with Region 21.
Region 7 - Band , Orchestra, Vocal - All 6A, 5A, and LSC auditions will be combined with Region 6.
Region 10 - Orchestra and Mariachi - All high school auditions will be combined with Region 19.
Region 11 - Orchestra -SS All high school auditions will be combined with Region 29. Mariachi will be independent.
Region 20 - Orchestra and Mariachi - Richardson ISD high schools and middle schools will be combined with Region 3 for all TMEA orchestra activities.

Note: Regions combined for Orchestra Division auditions conducting an Orchestra Division wind and percussion audition will be afforded a double allotment of Area wind and percussion seats.
